Processing & Delivery Time

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking (track & trace) code.
- You can use this code directly on our website to track your package and view shipping updates.
- Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.
Shipping Status
- Once your order is shipped and in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Marceline’s Basement is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
